About Tekrogen
Tekrogen is a technology research and development business focused on SaaS evaluation, AI-driven analysis, and rigorous tech ratings. Tekrogen builds and
documents real technical solutions to real problems, then packages those solutions — as case studies, working demos, and production-ready templates — so
others can adopt, adapt, or deploy them without starting from scratch.
The work flows through four domains
The Four Pillars form a structured business model with explicit dependency ordering. Pillars 1 and 2 are the business — they establish credibility and
demonstrate capability. Pillars 3 and 4 are infrastructure that only matters once 1 and 2 are working.
- tekrogen.org (this site) — Knowledge Base & Research Hub. Published use-case studies, SaaS evaluations, tech ratings, and architecture breakdowns.
Where "why" lives. - tekrogen.studio — Demonstration & Showcase. Free demos, starter templates, and live previews. The proof layer that makes .org research tangible.
- tekrogen.com — Product Marketing & Commerce. Paid template library, modular component catalog, buyer experience.
- tekrogen.net — distribution infrastructure. Where completed work is versioned, packaged, and delivered to the people who adopt it.
Credibility comes before proof. Proof comes before commerce. Commerce comes before distribution infrastructure.
What makes this different
Tekrogen is neither a template marketplace nor a consulting firm. Template marketplaces sell code with no context. Consultancies sell time with no artifact.
Tekrogen sells the research and the output together:
"We built this. Here is exactly why we made every decision. Here is the research if you want to learn from it. Here is the template if you want to start
where we finished."
The content is the proof of the template. The template is the deliverable of the research. The demos are how anyone — technical or not — can evaluate
whether the solution fits their problem. All three are expressions of the same work, not separate products.
Who this is for
Tekrogen defines its audience by relationship to the problem, not by job title:
- Builders — developers and engineers who will implement the solution directly.
- Technical Decision-Makers — founders, CTOs, and leads evaluating architecture and trade-offs.
- Operators & Buyers — individuals or teams seeking a working solution without building from scratch.
Each audience enters the flywheel at a different point — research, demo, or product — but engages with the same underlying work: real solutions derived from
real use cases.
How we work
A few operational commitments that govern every article, product, and decision published here:
- Build first, sell second. Every template sold was built to solve a real problem for real use. No template is designed to sell — it is designed to
work, then packaged to sell. - Honest trade-off documentation. Every case study documents what was done and why, including what failed or what we would do differently. No
retrospective is sanitized for marketing. - AI use transparency. Tekrogen uses AI tools in research and development. This is disclosed. AI-generated content is reviewed and validated by a human
before publication.
Where this is right now
Tekrogen is in the credibility phase. Case studies are publishing on this knowledge base before the demo, commerce, and distribution domains come online.
The first published piece — Four Wings, Four Pillars: Designing the Tekrogen
Mark — walks through the brand mark design: a four-winged
dragonfly tied to the four-pillar business structure.
Case studies publish as each is finished. No batching, no teaser posts.
